Seven formats for the German market, each one laid out from scratch rather than scaled. One animation codebase, seven banners that stand on their own.

The brief

Blackroll had a banner set running already and wanted to put the Recovery Boots 2.0 back in market. Seven formats, from a narrow skyscraper to a 970-wide billboard, all in German and all inside the ad network’s weight limits.

How it was built

Built on my own banner framework, where the layout comes out of Photoshop and the animation lives in TypeScript. Every format shares one timeline and still keeps its own composition: on the landscape sizes the numbered benefits move alongside the product shot instead of under it. A change to the copy or the timing lands in all seven at once.
